i tried ordering BOGO online but didn't work, then called CS, and she was like..."its not even in my system...so I can't help you". Will try again in the morning.
Just got off the phone with Verizon and after being on hold forever they finally figured out the reason it wasn't letting me get the BOGO on 2 Bolds is that the BOGO is you buy one Bold and get a crappy Samsung phone for free. It's not for 2 Bolds. Sorry.

Same EXACT for me.... Did anyone actually get this to work?
I'm wondering if this is why I got $150 credits for both phones I ordered through the business site? It said on both orders that a $150 credit would be applied to our bill in 90 days, so they ended up being free completely, actually probably $50 in our favor overall thanks to the discounts.
I called our corporate rep and they processed it through and BOGO worked. Same situation phone was 199, 50 off then 100 MIR. So I'll take that for 2 phones
I placed my order for two last night and then called customer service this morning. I got the first one for $49.99 with my NE2 and they gave me a $150credit on my bill for the second one since I had already placed my order. Two bolds for $50!!
Got the BOGO sale & discounts & 2 phones for around $50.00. & I was able to keep my Alltel plan with no hassle & at the same price I am currently paying now.
Trying out the PTT feature & if we don't like it we can cancel it.

Ok so this morning @ 8 am when I ordered two bolds I couldn't get the bogo deal. I just called back in and they are crediting me the price of one!!! YAY verizon, you are finally doing something right!!!!!!!
I ordered my bold this morning but I figured wth might as well try to get the bogo offer even though it was not offered to be when i ordered the phone online this morning. So I called and the rep said that when I got my phone tomorrow, dont even take it out of the box and wait til the phone is released in stores... then take it in as like a customer dissatisfaction kind of thing.... then when they take it back... order the same phone again and make sure to get the bogo offer...........................
CSR was very helpful. Told them I ordered one last night with no available BOGO. I asked to get another one for my dad (and add a line to the family plan) for free since I ordered one. He gladly did it for me. TWO Bolds are on the way!
