The one thing blackberry supposedly does best and it's out again. BIS mail has been delayed all week and now it's totally down for 10+ hours. How the **** does RIM expect to retain customers?

Just called rogers, and they had a message saying NO estimated time for problem to be resolved. Wait times for support will exceed 30mins....haha...just not right! Good thing today is not a business day!

Virgin Mobile Canada Out as well. Called Tech support. Said estimated service maintance will resume sometime late Sunday Afternoon.

Well, the BIS website through AT&T is back up. I can send email from berry but not receive yet. I'm hoping the Sunday afternoon estimate is a gross exaggeration. Not everyone in the world works Monday through Friday.

Same issue in NorCal, AT&T Mobility. No mail delivery since Jan. 28, 17:49 Pacific time.

UPDATE: Email delivery resumed at 09:14 Pacific time. All is well. :-)

I thought it was my phone. Got a replacement sent. Not one Verizon person told me there was an outage, even after I spent over 2 hours with tech support over the course of 2 days. In fact, I have been getting spotty email and service for about a week, and not one peep from Verizon.

All emails are coming through EXCEPT for gmail, anyone else? There were gmail issues a couple of months ago...it may be back.

I never seemed to have an outage and I am on Wind Mobile (Canada)
