The one thing blackberry supposedly does best and it's out again. BIS mail has been delayed all week and now it's totally down for 10+ hours. How the **** does RIM expect to retain customers?
Just called rogers, and they had a message saying NO estimated time for problem to be resolved. Wait times for support will exceed 30mins....haha...just not right! Good thing today is not a business day!
Well, the BIS website through AT&T is back up. I can send email from berry but not receive yet. I'm hoping the Sunday afternoon estimate is a gross exaggeration. Not everyone in the world works Monday through Friday.
I thought it was my phone. Got a replacement sent. Not one Verizon person told me there was an outage, even after I spent over 2 hours with tech support over the course of 2 days. In fact, I have been getting spotty email and service for about a week, and not one peep from Verizon.
