Not only will my BBM's not send my email folder has disappeared. I resent service books and pulled battery. Nothing.

Anyone else having trouble? I'm on 8900 and Cincinnati Bell Wireless.

My email has been down all day and yesterday it was 1:50 pm before i received any of my emails from earlier in the day. I have resent service books, battery pull, nothing is working. This is getting VERY old!!

Down for me too

Using an unlocked Rogers Blackberry 8900 on the Fido network in Toronto, Ontario Canada.

I am able to send Email, but not receive anything data related.

I've never experienced anything like this before, so I thought it was my device. Now my device is kinda screwed cause I kept trouble shooting by re-installing various OS versions to test if it is working :S.

Anyone else?

I have some funky things going on since around 5:30. I get some e-mails but not all. Gmail, I get nothing. This has happened too often. Time to think of alternatives.

Yup! It started around 5:30 PM (EST) for me as well.

Data over wireless is for me as well but not my GF. Both on Verizon in Illinois.

Everything works fine on wifi but I can't get any data over 3G.... its really odd.

I'm ok with data. I am able to browse to sites, do twitter, etc. Just seems to be e-mails and as I said, not all of them

Data does not work at all for me. I can only send emails.

When I run a diagnostics report, I get this:

BlackBerry Registration: Yes
Connected to BlackBerry: Yes
BlackBerry PIN-PIN: No

I don't use BBM, but I did a self-PIN test, and it didn't work

I can't resend Service Books to myself no matter what I do .
I've tried downgrading, upgrading, uninstalling BlackBerry Manager, reinstalling BlackBerry Manager, etc...

Even re-flashed the entire thing, NOTHING.

I guess.. I have to call Fido and hope for the best!

BIS was down for me most of the day on AT&T in south east PA most of the day. It returned around 4pm only to go back out after about an hour, then returned around 7pm only 2 go back down again immediatly until just now, literally as I type this. Hopefully it doesn't go down again.

I am in Toronto...around 6pm - 7pm I lost all data...no bbm...email or browsing. On Bell HSPA.

Down for me as well - funny thing is, I can't seem to browse the web via wifi either (although even wifi ususally routes through BIS, in previous outages when BIS was down, it bypassed BIS and connected directly through my wifi connection).

Sorry to hear that.. it is very strange. Is your browser set to HotSpot? (I'm sure it is.. but that's the only suggestion I can think of)

After a reboot, BIS works over WIFI (pin, etc), but still nothing on mobile network - ATT

Back up on mobile netwok. If you're still down, maybe try a reboot.

Not only did I try a reboot, battery pull, etc.. I also reinstalled the OS several times :P.

Still not working for me by the way

P.S. There isn't a way you can receive email through WiFi.. is there? :O

Mine came back about 10 PM I got deluged with all kinds of email, and BBMs.
