Hi everyone,

I decided to make a theme for all Blackberry Tour's. This theme changes the 1XEV icon to 3G so everyone can now have the infamous "3G logo"

In this theme:
1) 3G logo across all CDMA carriers 4.7 & 5.0

3G with Blackberry logo = 1XEV
3G without Blackberry logo = 1X
3g = 1xev

2) Battery meter with numerical gauge.
3) Smaller cleaner banners.
4) Weather slot & today options available.
5) Menu animation. (all versions)
6) Custom version offers fade in & out, icon animation & custom highlight.
7) Other small enhancements.
8) Memory leak eliminated (special thanks to CB member slingbox)

NOTE: How to remove 1XEV from showing in the browser thanks to CB member drinka4years.
options > Manage connections > mobile network options > Network Technology > change to 1XEV not global.

NOTE: I decided for reasons beyond my control to share the 3G secret. I created a font a few weeks back that could be loaded to your PC. When in theme builder if you change the network font to my font you would then change the 1XEV to 3G. I wanted all to know that my font is copy written but I am willing to share it with all. If you would like to add the 3G logo to your theme free or premium please send me a PM and I will send you the font for $20 and your license code.

quick question is that berryweather you have on the screen? If so where under settings are you able to set it like that on the homescreen but yet still have your wallpaper

Yeah I'm running berry weather on my Tour. I have included the walls below for you to download and use with berry weather if you wish.

thanks for the wall but what i mean is everytime i try and put the weather on my homescreen like yours it takes away my wallpaper where under the berry weather settings do you put the weather like you have it

Berry Weather > Settings > Homescreen Wallpaper > Scroll to the bottom > Select Image > Menu button > Save.

I think berry weather is on sale in BB app world so I would snap it up quick.

To install:
1)Download and unzip files to your desktop.
2)Open desktop manager
3)Plug in your USB cable
4)Click application loader
5)Click Add/Remove Applications
6)Click browse in the bottom right corner
7)Find the spring3Gtheme saved on your desktop and install.

Make sure to do a battery pull when your done and enjoy the 3G goodness.

Other enhancements include a battery meter with numerical values and a few other touches.

Note: If you don't have 3G coverage you will not see anything just the signal bars. This is an early beta but I thought I would share for those of you who want to give it a go.

I currently don't have a way to OTA so you must load with DM.

To install:
1)Download and unzip files to your desktop.
2)Open desktop manager
3)Plug in your USB cable
4)Click application loader
5)Click Add/Remove Applications
6)Click browse in the bottom right corner
7)Find the spring3Gtheme saved on your desktop and install.

If you give it a go please let me know what you think.

awesome theme! Im so glad someone took the time to help out us sprint users that cannot have 3G icons on our phones. I was expecting the icon on the new OS but obviously that didnt happen. Thanks again!

I too notice the slight sluggishness on the home screen, thank you for bringing it to my attention. I am working to figure out what it could be.

Please keep in mind this is still in the early beta stages
