I can use the key pad for email but it won't work when I try to dial a phone number. Similarly, I can't access my call history by hitting the call button. The only thing that happens when I hit a number button or the call button is the Profiles icon gets highlighted. And then no keys work until I hit the end call button. Its like the keypad locks up...however, the keypad lock is set to off in my Options. Help.
I've had exactly the same problem. It happens after ending a call. It doesn't happen all the time, but three times now I've been unable to call out. The only way I've been able to clear it is to call my phone from another line. That call comes through perfectly, and then I can call out again. Incredibly annoying - I'd love to know what the solution is.
