I thought I'd inform you all of my personal decision, as I know it will be of great help and comfort to you. I have many reasons for changing from cabbage to spinach, but I thought I'd just give you the deciding one: Popeye eats spinach! I know some of you will be crushed by my decision, and for that I can only apologize. Just know that there will always be a special place in my heart for cabbage, and that I may return to it one day.

I used to eat Spinach before. It was slow, and new versions are almost never released. Spinach is outdated, the latest version being released in 1530
