The bbm is 4.7 nothing new. Only testers have the new bbm 5.0.0.xx.

What Touchpro means is only testers have the version of BBM 5 which will work on OS 5.

There has been one leak of BBM 5 version 5.0.0.8 (if I recall), and it is only compatible with 4.6.x.xxx / 4.7.x.xxx versions of the OS.

Admittedly its getting a little confusing LOL! but hope this helps you a little

no i never said anything about 5.0 i know all about 5.0 and what it will work with, that video shows 4.7.1? assumably 4.7.x something the phone on the right doesn't have bbm5 it has 4.7 and it has avatar and sms support, this has nothing to do with bbm5

Old video that 4.7 bbm (which is old) only works on a Onyx with the same OS/HW. The cods won't work on any other device.

the only thing that irks me is we have just had a new string of leaks, along the same version numbers as the 9700's 5.0.0.23x so i'm curious if the cod's STILL won't work, or if they'd work with the newest leaks

No they still won't work.

Those cods are for the older Onyx builds. Like .09 or .111
