Default got my storm2 today

i have been playing a little, as long as the shipped battery lasted, and had a few issues.
the button on the side for voice dial is in a bad spot for me. every time i grab the phone i hit that thing.

and i noticed that the buttons on the bottom, the ones everyone is having issues with, have a stiff feel when you hit the real close to the frame. if i inch up a wee bit its fine. unless im getting the buttons with the issues wrong.

but so far not bad. still have to set it up. but it is 1000% times better than win mo. any one want to buy a diamond?

Another Diamond user I'm not sure about 1000% better, but if it really is that good, i'm glad i'm making a move. Although, the Diamond with WiMo 6.5 and Titanium runs pretty sweet, no heavy TouchFlo 3D 2.5 to hog up memory.

I'm expecting my Storm2 to come in tomorrow (with any luck at least, importing a 9520 from UK to Australia).

What did you think of the jump between OS's?
This is my first Blackberry (Diamond was my 3rd WiMo) and I have limited experience with my father's Bold 9000.

I'm really looking forward to better battery life (I'm not setting my hopes high however, I know the Storm2 uses a lot of battery as do other smartphones, and given the technology behind the screen and the push email, I won't be one to complain if it gets me through one day with substantial use) comparing to the Diamond's tiny 900mAh battery (even the official HTC extended 1340mAh didn't do that much) and more screen real-estate. I love the idea of the new click-able screen, typing on the Diamond i've gotten used to but still make mistakes, primarily due to the fact that the space given for the keys is physically small, probably nothing to do with the resistive touchscreen.
