Default Gmail Plugin

i tried searching and didn't find my answer.

I set up my gmail account with the plugin, however, it keeps asking me to verify my account. I go into the settings of gmail and IMAP is enabled, however the plug in keeps telling me to do this.

Any Ideas?

I never had to set my account up with the plugin. I just went through the BIS and put in user name and password.

There is supposed to be an email sent to your email and you are supposed to not touch it so that it is sent to your berry. It is supposed to be automatic. The only thing I can think of is to sign out of your gmail account sign back in and check to make sure imap is checked I also have pop check too. Then sign into BIS and see if it will load??

everything still ok in settings on gmail. Logged into BIS and the envelope on the left of email account had the red circle with line through it, so I clicked on that and it said it has been validated. However after a little bit of time it goes back to that and then i get a message on BB saying what I wrote earlier

When you log in do you have to go to help to have your service books sent?

Do you have IMAP set up in your online gmail account? I think you might have to enable that. Look at gmail online in the settings section and make sure it is enabled there!

Login to GMail via web browser on your computer, go to Settings, go to Labels, and check the box next to Show in IMAP next to the All Mail label.
