it looks like a black or dark gray bezel on the verizon tour. that is much cooler to me.

I think that's just the quality of the photo. The press release states that it has chrome accents.

ok, I swallow my tongue -- I'm hoping that 'chrome accents' in the press release could also mean black chrome (for Telus at least).

Actually, quite a few pictures/videos have had this darker bezel, and even the picture on verizonwireless.com/tour has what appears to be the same thing. I wouldn't be surprised if Sprint gets the light silver and Verizon gets the dark chrome.
