Default Upgrading to Tour Question?

I switched to verizon in March since my dad gets a discount through work. I went with the Storm which has been doing ok. I want to get the new Tour but i cant find anyway to upgrade to a tour on verizons site? Also will i have to pay full retail to get it since my upgrade date isnt till 2011? Or will they let me upgrade at the upgrade price like ATT let me with my iPhone when i upgraded to an iPhone 3G but start my 2 year contract over?
Thanks

Search is your friend

Corporate Accounts or those with Company Discounts cannot upgrade online to the Tour

You'll have to upgrade at full retail. You technically can't get a discount on upgrading until you hit your 20 month mark of the 2 year contract.

But somebody correct me, because I think you just might be eligible for an "annual upgrade" around your 1 year mark?

You are eligible for an annual upgrade if you are the primary line on a family share plan or if you have an individual plan with 900 minutes or more.

According to vzw.com it's $489.99. I checked online with one of the other lines on my account. I would post the link, but I can't since I don't have 10 posts.

No system in place for what?

You can't pre-order right now supposedly when you have a company discount (I was able to, though). When the phone is released I can guarantee everyone will be able to upgrade no problem.
