My smart-*** mom upgraded her palm to a verizon curve last month, losing her upgrade. Any chance anyone here knows how much the retail blackberry tour will cost?

If its within 30 days see if they'll let you return it under their 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee policy. You may have to downgrade to her old phone for a week or so but it shouldn't be a problem going back to the Tour.
