[QUOTE=Crucial_Xtreme;2115283]Well first and foremost is HSPA. I have to be able to be on a conference call and be able to send emails at the same time. So that is the deal breaker for me. QUOTE]

I am confused now, I thought from previous post by others the 9630 had(quad band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, single band UMTS/HSDPA, 1X/EVDO). I completely understand if you cannot answer, but this has been reported by several different web sites.

Maybe my question should be is there a difference between HSPA and HSDPA?

Not really. The pictures of a phone could be leaked the night before a release or they could be released 6 months before it. But you should have a rough idea about the release date buddy.

Hey Sarah!! long time no see. Hope all is well with the family and the kids. Good to see you on CB. Your feeling torwards the Storm is completely understandable. A lot of people feel the same way. The 9630 is more of what you're used to and I'm confident you'll be pleased with the device. Its a good one. Check your inbox in a few. Again, great to see you on CB again.

Secondly, when I'm out of town on business and I'm somewhere where theres not great service or in a building w/out good service I use Wifi. Honestly, and being fair, that's about all I can say. I personally think the Bold is a bit snappier than the 9630, theres really not too much difference. And honestly I prefer the form factor of the Bold to the 9630. There is another thing or two, but I cannot mention at this time. But it's nothing major so don't get worried. Just some functionality I cannot post, and some of it is preference.
The 9630 is a great device for those with CDMA carriers, and are looking for the speed and functionality of a Bold. But as stated above there are reasons why I will not switch.
I agree about HSPA. I'm in the process of getting my company to switch me from VZW to ATT just for this (and from the curve to the bold for my primary phone so thats not bad either).

I think it will be a light up one.. not the grey/black one because it has a white ring around it
