I've been a little disappointed because I wanted the Niagara to be as big as the Bold. To me it just seems like the bigger size means it's loaded, and I want the biggest, most premium deluxe Berry to be on Verizon because that's the only major market I'm in where I live.

BUT, since CX and plenty of other people are saying that the Bold's size is just too much, I will try to separate those two ideas in my head and be happy that such a sleek little kitten will be coming to live with me very soon.

Personally, I think the size of the Bold is perfect. I like that huge form factor

I do not think the Bold is too big. But it's definitely bigger than say both Gen Curves. The Niagara is the perfect size IMHO. Bigger than say the 8900 but yet smaller than the Bold. Perfect. This device will surely be the premium BlackBerry device on Verizon. What part of western NC do you live?

The back of the Niagara is shiny black plastic with a carbon look in the middle. As to how to get pics?? Don't know what to tell ya there. Sorry.

I'm on my second Storm now and can't wait for this phone to come out. As much as I try to love the Storm I just wind up hating it. I'm a power txter and I need an actual keyboard. I was going to get the Curve just to be able to have a keyboard but I am holding out for the "N".

Very nice Returned my Storm, back on the Curve, waiting for the Niagra!

There were questions of whether it's a touchscreen as well (b/c of the 'storm-like gap' around the screen in the close-up pictures)....I suspect that's just a plastic screen protector creating the illusion of a gap.

*sigh* I don't know why I bother caring, but does anyone else hate shiny electonics? It looks like crap the moment you get your fingers on it. Why doesn't anyone make devices in a matte finish? Those new pics just look icky with the fingerprints on the back.
