First BB, Application Recommendations Plz

Hey everyone, I currently have a voyager and will be making the switch to the Tour on the 12th like many of us. I have an I-Pod Touch and use applications on this everyday. What I am wondering is what applications you guys recommend a first time BB owner get and why. Thanks for the input guys and gals!

All of my apps are free:
Viigo - RSS reader/weather
Ubertwitter - Twitter app
Google Maps - obvious
Opera Mini browser-Blackberry browser sucks so you'll need this
Pandora - Streaming music
Facebook app - works better than mobile facebook site
