Dang would this phone really go for $650 without contract? How much was the Storm without contract because I really don't think the Niagara would go for more then the Storm.
The storm was priced to compete directly with the Iphone 3G 8GB... hence the price point of 199.99. the storm is 499.99 with no contract. The 8830 which this phone will be replacing in the line up is running 520.00 off contract.
Does anyone know if $520 was the price for the BB WE when it first release? Since the Niagara is the replacement for this device I guess blackmannx has a good point.
$199/$249. The GSM Bold in Canada is $199 at Rogers and the Storm is $199/$249 (went from $249 to $199 recently). Probably $599 off contract. Which is what I'll be doing. Sell a Curve for $200/$300 and buck up the rest for a Niagara. I hate always wanting to have the newest technology. </3
I doubt the price will be that high with Verizon. The storm isnt even that price. I am guessing at Max $249 but I really think it will be somehwere around $199
Start out with the basic price point of adamantium at current market value: 3.216487451niner. Now, take into consideration the floating volatility of your average consumer household: 2. Ready?
3.216487451niner x 2 / sq root of pie.1 - eleventy-eight + 4ty quadracells = Steve Jobs's b*lls (can I say balls?) / 321 +- (at the same time) 12:00 am eastern standard time.
This is a pretty exact formula so... Any questions?? No?? Okay, cool. If there are any problems, there will soon be a human calculator app available. Thanks for playing.

Yeah. I thought it was weird too. It should probably be niner.2 at the end. I guess two decimals was a little hard for the guy who thought it up. Come on, two decimals? Gosh, we're talking simple arithmetic here. Geez. Lazy economists.
