i knew about phonebakup but i think the price was a turnoff before too, yikes $20!

i copy my backup file that i make once a week right over to the SD card just to have an emergency copy of it in case computer and phone crash

I have used it and only does contacts for now...hopefully more options will be available later...still in beta!!
