Default Receive Alerts When Using An App?

Hi, is it possible to configure my phone to receive ptt alerts even though im using an app? Most of my friends complain that they can call me, because im always using an app, msn, facebook, browser, etc... So i really need help on finding a solution for this.

Unfortunately not. It's not so much about the alerts as it is that you can't use a data connection and be in a call, and all of the apps you mentioned require data. So, they'll get "User busy in data" whenever you're sending/receiving a text, browsing, or doing anything that requires data.

The best way to counter this is to use WiFi whenever you can. This won't help when you're texting, but for everything else it will.
