Actually, your first part was needed for me. I always wanted to switch my default calendar to my bb email address. I did that. My DM synced that calendar and then i erased the others. Thanks!

For those viewing this from your BlackBerry... hopefully the images will show up, but they may not .

For me this, this tends to happen after some sort of Operating System load (either I've done a wipe and re-install, or from an update). Which tends to reset the "Default Services". So let's start there...
Or you can open your calendar, hit the BB key, select options, hit the BB key and "show keyboard", type the letters "w i p e" and select "Yes".

Then re-sync.

I thought I had replied to this already... but since there's no reply from me I guess not. The steps may vary a little bit from what I posted, I'm not too familair with the 8330 I cannot say for sure. If ya have done a backup, ya might try the above tip.

so, what do you do if the calendar is unavailable to clear? I sync via BES to my work calendar/contacts, so not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Sorry, I won't be of much help then . I'm not very familiar with how BES interacts between the two. I assume you, and your IT department, have things setup correctly. But your getting duplicate entries? Is it happening on both ends?

I'll help if I can. Although ya might have to discuss the matter with your IT people.

Yeah, unfortunately my IT department is one guy, and I probably know about as much as he does when it comes to the BB world and running the BES server.

The dupes are only on my phone for some reason...everything was running fine before I upgraded to the S2 - not sure what's different between the two...or maybe we had a glitch over the weekend (haven't asked anyone else if they've noticed the same, but I will when I get back into the office in the AM).

Just wondering if ya got this figured out? If not, ya might try something simple like re-synching the calendar. I know there's a way to do this on BES just not sure how.
