- Yes, it's called "Shazam". It's free to try but it costs a couple bucks if you want the full version. It's not currently on the APP WORLD, but I can give you the third party link

Send that link to yourself in e-mail format and then open it on your blackberry, it will prompt the download/install from there. Make sure you set your permissions to ALLOW and disable compatibility mode. Good Luck!
Delete the spaces in the link, for I do not have 10 posts yet, and cannot post a link for you.

That's for songs that are playing on the radio station you're listening to - it doesn't ID songs that it hears through your microphone.05-06-09 02:01 PMLike 0 - Hey DjDeity I have the Shazam app and it works great. I think you have to go to set all permissions to allow and disable compatibility mode.
You can do this by going to: Options -> Advance Options -> Applications -> Highlight the Shazam app then hit the BB button -> Edit and set all permissions to allow then Disable the compatibility mode.
Hopefully that works, but it is only a trial for a few months. Once the trial period ends the app still works but you can only use it like 3 time a month or something like that.05-06-09 02:12 PMLike 0 - Yes, it's called "Shazam". Hope this helps05-06-09 03:48 PMLike 0 - Thanks for the help, all. I actually discovered I needed a different version of Shazam. Through another thread, I found a different download link:

Seems to be working fine on my Curve now.

I've been looking everywhere for the .jad of Shazam since it disappeared off Mem Leak World, err, I mean App World. Why is the "compatible" version not available? This one works fine! I've been trying to stump it for some time now and it just keeps snaggin' 'em!05-08-09 07:30 AMLike 0
- It wouldn't have anything to do with it not allowing me to use any other option than "tag", would it? Or is that because I'm using the free demo and haven't paid yet (which I fully intend to do, if it's the right price).05-08-09 07:36 AMLike 0
- Ah, I'm dumb. I gotta have it enabled like Marcuswyse said if I wanna use the options. Just looks lame that way is all......
Now I want a Storm version!!!!!!!!!05-08-09 07:39 AMLike 0
