Default PatternLock More Dots ???

Just wondering if there could be an option in patternlock to have a bigger grid size so that you can have a larger pattern to unlock your phone with ?

Just thought of this cause me personally I dont have the patternlock but my buddy has the android/G1/google phone and I picked it up and I made a seven pattern to try to unlock it and what do you know I was right, so to me it just doesnt seen that secure.

Your pattern can be as complicated as you want it to be (just be sure to remember it if you make it really complicated ). You can trace over the same dot several times, so you can make your pattern long or short without requiring more dots.

True. Being able to trace over the same dots makes it awesome, I have this and StormSlider, my phone is very secure.

Well this App is great. However I do have a fail proof bypass if I do somehow lock myself out. I have the phone set to unlock while charging.

Not a good idea, that would allow anyone to unlock the phone using the correct charger, data cord, and as I recently found out when I misplaced my charger...an LG Dare charger can unlock it as well.

I really can't see the reason to make the grid any bigger, within the pattern table you can go back, forth, and back again.

But that's just my opinion.

I like it how it is now. But the unlock while charging thing is cool as long as you dont tell anyone that it unlocks when you stick it on your charger! And if your really that worried about people getting in while you sleep you should just turn it off. Or have a talk with whoever is trying to break into your phone so badly haha
