Just saw a compass app available for the IPhone on the tele and would be interested in a similar app for the Storm. Not sure how it would work, but it would be nice especially if it is designed nicely!

GPSed has a compass. It's tracking software, but it has a compass. A stand alone compass would be cool though!

Take a look at BlackStar - it's not the most elegant looking solution, but it's primary function is as a digital compass. It also ties into the geocaching.com site for those that enjoy participating in 'digital treasure hunting'.

We decided to do 2 versions of our new Compass for the Storm: a �Lite� version with basic functionality for a low, low price and, in a couple of months, an �Enhanced� version with many more features.
We released the Compass Lite last week. Here�s the blurb:

This wonderful 'Ancient Mariner' compass uses the built-in GPS in the device to show your line of travel, speed, latitude and longitude and where North is in relation to your heading. To establish a line of travel, you must be moving.
