Default Newest OS:Storm 9500 v4.7.0.141 (GSM devices)

Hi,

if You check this link, You will find the official .141 release for the Storm 9500 by Vodafone UK:

Choose the "Storm" option.

It is the official download page for the carrier branded FW.

i knew there was a app # (4.7.0.141) and a platform (4.7.0.174) what does package version mean?

Probably just a catch all version for the update as a whole.
