if You check this link, You will find the official .141 release for the Storm 9500 by Vodafone UK: https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...05D7C424EBAE5F
Choose the "Storm" option.
It is the official download page for the carrier branded FW.

i knew there was a app # (4.7.0.141) and a platform (4.7.0.174) what does package version mean?
