i want to go back to 5.0.0.320 isnt there anyway to do it from the phone.I followed the on screen instructions but when i get to options-advanced options-wireless update-it will not give me an option to downgrade why?
You can't do a downgrade using the OTA update (not to mention that 1. 5.0.0.320 was never official and never available for any carrier and 2. 5.0.0.328 which was official was never made available as an OTA update).
If you want to downgrade, you will need to uninstall any previous version of an OS from your computer (use the option in your Computer's Control Panel), then you will need to download and install the version you want to your computer, then you will need to load that version using either the Desktop Manager or the Loader.exe file.
See this link for more info on how to load the OS to your phone (works for upgrades/downgrades or OS reloads). Don't forget to back up your phone first if you want to keep your data.
