Default App Review- Berry Buzz

Hey guys/gals, its JReel, this is my first ever app review, on the Berry Buzz. This app lets you change the LED colors on the Email, Pin messages, SMS, Calendar Alerts, missed calls and incoming calls. The LED colors range from all sorts of colors, and included a brighter feature so you can choose if you want the bright or regular setting. Instead of seeing the RED LED flash all the time, this changes it up a bit, seeing different colors and automatically thinking what type of alert you got with the indicated color you set it at. The incoming call has a vibrate option, making your phone vibrate and blink the color you have set it to, the pause/duration between the flash can be changed from .25 seconds to 5 seconds. I love this app myself and glad that i have purchased it, it lets me know what type of alert i have by the color of the LED without even opening up to the home screen. Let me know what you think if you have this app or thinking about getting it

BerryBuzz has the repeating audible alerts. Blackberry alerts might have it as well, but BerryBuzz has it for sure.

TC1,

Do you have BerryBuzz? If you do it's an option for every notification setting. So you can set audible alerts for all or some of your apps, like calendar alerts, email alerts, missed call alerts, etc.

If you have BBAlerts, then I'm not sure where the setting is.

Also, I believe BerryBuzz if a few bucks cheaper. For what's it's worth.

Good job J, you've moved from being the king of cases into apps.
Looking forward to the next, as always.

the PIN led does not work for bbm, it only works for PIN messages. (which can be sent from the messages inbox). with berrybuzz, you have to set the default email to system default (then for specific email addresses, go in and change them), don't give it a specific color, otherwise the color won't change for pin messages.

All I wanted was for the mail light to blink until I got my email. It didn't.

unfortunately there is no change in the color of the l.e.d for the viigo or social scope. There isnt even a change for facebook or myspace. So hopefully berrybuzz will have a nice update for that in the near future

I downloaded this, and uninstalled it after about 10 minutes of testing. The alert would display as the default system color, and then change to the designated color. I don't like that.
