Default ZAGG InvisiShield Rocks

I have applied IS to my 8330 and my iPod Touch. IMO they are great, but after a while of use the IS starts to change to a dingy yellowish color. Great thing about IS though is that if you contact Zagg, they will replace the discolored unit FOC! Highly recommend Zagg and if you look on Slickdeals.net, from time to time they have 50% off.

Looks like we dug up an old thread, that never found it's way over to community reviews sub forum. I'm sending it there now.

The film that ZAGG uses is also the only film with Nano-Memory Technology allowing the film to "heal" itself when it takes a beating. We were also the first to offer the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. Some of our competitors don't even have a warranty.

Anyway, these are the facts and are indisputable. If anyone has any questions about this, please email me directly at evangelist zagg.com.
I'd hate to be a turd to you, so sorry in advance.

No product any of these sites sells, including InvisibleShield is any different. Its all this: http //solutions 3m com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/Scotchgard-PPF/Home/For_the/Consumer/Product_Info/

Put the dots in the spaces. Cant link yet...

But seriously, I work for a chain of Body Shops, and I saw this stuff and took a blank into a Gadget Guardz shop and talked to the guy and he smiled and goes "yeah, we get it on blank card stock so no one knows"

You have to have a commercial license for a buisness to buy it from 3m, but its all the same stuff. I put some on my old curve and it was awesome. Same soap/water application, same cure time, same everything.

It comes in four different thicknesses and three different texture combos. And ironically the completely smooth one was designed for glass.

If you can explain to me what Nano Memory technology is, scientifically, without using your company jargon, then I will research further. As far as I see it Nano Memory technology is exactly what the 3m paint SCOTCHGUARD paint protection film is. It was designed to be somewhat self healing so a rock would hit it, and it would stretch and distort to absorb the impact then shrink back to its original shape. Its just the nature of the film, not nano tech.

/done

Sorry, gotta be a devil's advocate when someone tries to tout that a product that is almost 150% more expensive is superior when it is really the same

Default Best product EVER

I'll only say that Zagg's product Invisishield is the best product. I live in SLC, UT and I take my devices in and they install it for me. They have a lifetime warranty. If they have to replace it, it's free. Unless you want them to install it for you. Then it's $5.00 only.

Never seen a scratch. Never tried BSE and don't plan on doing so.

Loyal customer since they opened their doors.

Never going to switch.
