Default Community Reviews @ CrackBerry.com!

Hey CrackBerry Nation,

Welcome to our Community Reviews forums.

With so many BlackBerry smartphones, accessories and software applications and themes coming out, it's tough for us to cover EVERYTHING on the blogs these days.

With that said, the goal of our new Community Reviews section is to provide a structured way for members of CrackBerry.com to share their observations and experience with other members and for us to reward the excellent efforts put forth by members!

Community Reviews Concept:

1. Post your device, accessory or software review in the appropriate subforum within the Community Reviews section of the site.
2. I'm going to be watching all of the reviews and am going to pick the best reviews out on a regular basis and promote them to the homepage of CrackBerry.com!!
3. If you are the author of one of the articles that gets promoted to the CrackBerry blogs, we're going to award you with your choice of either a $20 coupon to either the CrackBerry.com Accesory Store or CrackBerry App Store!!

Please note, only new threads created in these forums will be Review threads. Members can of course post questions on the reviews within the same thread, but no new threads will be permitted in this area of the site that are not reviews. If you have questions or issues, please use the standard device, accessory and software forums.

Suggested Review Format

1. Introduction - introduce yourself, how you ended up with the product
2. Overview of Product - what does it do, what is it for
3. Initial Impressions, Set-up, etc.
4. Longer Term Observations
5. Conclusions
6. Pros / Cons
7. Purchase Link - if the accessory or software application is available within our ShopCrackBerry.com store, we ask that you link to it in this location (if it isn't available at time of review and becomes available later, or if you just can't find it in there and we can, we can update the link for ya!).
8. Be sure to include images, photos or screencaps as applicable to dress up your post. We've up the image per post count to TEN images now, so you can really dress them!

Our goal here is to create threads that help people make informed decisions about what smartphones, accessories and applications may be right or wrong for them. Keep in mind it's fine for reviewers to be negative about an item. However, we want these reviews to be value added. What we don't want to see are flame reviews - if you have something negative to say about a device, accessory or application, do so a constructive manner. Going off the deep end on something without justifying the reasoning doesn't help anyone. Be constructive.

We hope you enjoy the Community Reviews section of CrackBerry.com!!
