Is there a way to change call buttons?

I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is a way to change the drakening overlay on the call screen buttons??

Im talking about the Speaker, Mute, Flash/Hold, Add Participant...

I dont think you can change these...I know I can change the background but is there a way to get rid of the overlay?

Nope I solved this one formyself...There is no way...here is how I have learned this is layed out...

Top layer is a white line about 10pixels (Im guessing, I havent measured it)
Icon/Text Layer
Focus Button
Layer that is a fake button!! just darkens the background layer
Background Image...
