Default Plazmic Theme Builder question

All,

Do you know if it's maybe possible to copy the content the items of the "Home Screen Banner" (singal strength, date time, connection icons etc.) to the "Application Banner"?

Right now I have the problem that I got a perfect "Home Screen Banner" and need to adjust the "Application Banner" pixel for pixel (arranging icons, font style, positioning etc.) ?

If this isn't an option for Plazmic....is there any other way to achieve it?

Regards,

I don't think so, I think you have to try and match it up perfect, at least I haven't found a way, had the same problem once before.

Regards,
No there isnt anyway to do this...sorry I have felt the same frustration...you just need to try to eyeball it the best you can...or make a template background you can load in to help adjust everything and then load your final image...This is what I usually do...

Nice idea!!!

I will search for some raster background image and use that for aligning the icons.

You can have all of your icons lined up like you want in Theme Builder, then take a screen shot of your computer screen, open it in GIMP or Photoshop or whatever, and crop to the banner, then in theme builder use that image of the banner as your banner background image, and line up all the icons onto the image of the icons...

I'm curious about why you are doing this. I am obviously missing something because I thought the two banners were one in the same...??? Thanks!

Nope, they are not the same, you got the "Homescreen banner" and the "Application Banner" (the one that is above the menu icons in the menu)

Maybe it's a difference for devices > 8330. Or I'll just remain blissfully ignorant.

Just opened the Theme Builder and selected the 8300 for a theme and then you don't have "the double banner", only one banner

Good job! As you know, I have the old school Curve, so I can't enjoy your theme, but it is nice of you to share.
