Making themes with animated icons? How do I do this?

hello guys,
My name is Jean, (Jeanhdo), I did some 10 themes for Nextel i860, i870, i880, etc. ..
I am starting to make themes for blackberry now, I have 3 themes, but I have many doubts about it.
I have a BB 8350i, I have animated icons, gif, but I am not able to do, I do think that 9 days searching and not find anything, I do pplano animated background, but not know how to do animated icons.
If anyone can help me, I am very grateful.

Well sorry to tell ya but the BB doesnt support Animated Gif files as Icons...the only real option is PNG, loading a gif will only slow the phone down as it will have to convert your gifs to PNG for viewing, and if its an Animated gif it will only show the first frame...

The Blackberrys dont support Animations too well at this time...you can make animated homescreens but this adds a lot to the overall file size and most Theme Builders stay away from this for too many reasons to list...

The only real Animated gifs on a BB is the hourglass which I believe is typically 28x28...

I hope BB will resolve these and a lot of other things in the future...
