Default First Theme...What would you change?

Just trying to get some feedback on this theme. Can't figure out how to make a battery meter that goes across top of screen starting at green then to yellow then to red. Any tut's or suggestions on that?

If I could figure out how to duplicate the battery meter from another theme I could shrink the banner. Thinking I agree the more I look at it.

I like the back to basics home screen. It has a nice, clean look.

dont duplicate, create!! its far nicer to know youve made the icons yourself, that said if you want the basic icons from the storm the iv attached them for ya, however you`ll need to check the match up to the ammount of states etc.
if you can have a dig around in the plazmic folder on your pc, theres normally a few iconsets in there that you can use from different versions of `berry

in version 4.7 of the plazmic install they are in the folder route
c:\program files\plazmic4_7CDK\samples\themes\images

hope this gives ya summat to work at

I really like the size. I am outside a lot, sometimes in places with a lot of vibration, and want to be able to see the clock at a glance. There only two things that I would change. I would do away with the keyboard lock on the home page, and I would change the signal meter to read a numerical value. Everything else is great. Keep up the good work.

nice attempt a first theme.

nice and clean.

i have seen as theme that has the batter meter you describe and it looks well nice. It frees up alot of space on the home screen. Very easy to see.

here is a link to it.

i have been making my own and its hard to decide what is right and wrong.

if you are making it for yourself, then go with what you like in a theme.

if you are making it for others, look at whats popular and try to improve it.
