Default Battery Meter Percent?

Hi all~ I'm making my 1st theme & was wondering if anyone could help me? I can't find an answer...

I'd like my battery meter to display the battery status as an actual PERCENT. Is this possible? I have already photoshop'd an icon set showing 10% increments... but is there a way to show/display more accurate numbers, instead of using a set that can only show 100%, 90%, 80%...etc?

Thanks so much for any guidance~ I'm new at this

I haven't found a way yet, but using meterberry would work although it would be alot bigger icon than the usually batterymeter

Nope the 10% is the best you will get...Thats just how Blackberrys are currently set up...This is covered in the Theme Builder Help PDF supplied with Plazmic, under multistate images...That is your only option..Which isnt as bad as it sounds...if it was more complicated than that then you would have a multistate image with over 200 icons or layers in it WOW that would really increase the files size or worse yet you would end up with something that is more controlled by the phone and then at best you would only have an option to change the Font type and color, LOL who would really want that either...

Although I have many many gripes with the current version of Theme Builder, this isnt one of them...the options could be much worse...

Hope this helps...

Thank you both... very helpful! I had a feeling that was the case, but wanted to be sure.

I'll try to attach the icon set i just made, in case anyone else might want them. I hope I did them the way Plazmic intends on using them!

Looks pretty good...As long as your spaceing is equal you will be fine...you arent limited to the standard size on this either...check out my Theme my battery display is a crazy 220x20 and my Network meter is 75x20 they both work great...

One suggestion I do have for yours is to change the background color on 10% to a bright red...that darker color makes the 10% a little hard to see...

Also I just noticed it looks like your spacing is just a little off...you might want to check that...

Hmm, it's perfectly spaced as a .psd, but I think something happened when i converted it to .png that I hadn't noticed...? I'll check it out. Thank you again~

Yours is great, nice work! Once I nail down the basics hopefully I can get more creative too
