    Thanks! I'm downloading now!

With this being an AT&T official release, I wonder why this is the first I am hearing of it?

I'm not having any luck with it either, it's telling me it will downgrade my apps, so when I say no to that, it says it's finished.

It looks like this is nothing more than .1036 repackaged with .1067 on it with a higher release number but with a lower platform number.

This is what I have installed....... 8900M_PBr5.0.0_rel1682_PL5.2.0.104_A5.0.0.1036.exe

This is the version posted here... 8900M_PBr5.0.0_rel1728_PL5.2.0.96_A5.0.0.1067_AT_T.exe

I wonder what AT&T is trying to accomplish with this?

Now I'm bummed I don't have a newer OS to try out...

Yup that's exactly what I'm getting but I'm currently on .1022 never seen the downgrade on the apps before!
DM gets through the finding of the latest OS etc. Then an error meant cannot upgrade.

Think I'll leave it on 1022 or may go for 1036 and load up a hybrid?? Used willyboys ones for a while and loved the way the phone felt!

For the record, this platform is lower than your 5.0.0.1022 - PL5.2.0.102

You are a version behind the latest and still newer than this! LOL

    That'll explain it then! ;-)
Never bothered with the 1036 as when it came out all the dl links dissapeared or would ge to 70% and stop! Gave up then lol!

Thanks for pointing out the platform numbers. I really didn't want to upgrade from .1036 anyway!

Personally I think .1022 is better than .1036. I was getting absolutely TERRIBLE memory leakage with .1036 compared to .1022...

Too bad this .1067 looks to be a bust.

Okay, I am on AT&T with 5.0.0.822 on my 8900. What should I upgrade to? 1022?

Sorry to hear this is a loser, I just downloaded it and installed on my workstation and was about to go to install to my BlackBerry. Oh well; such is life.

Has anyone ACTUALLY tried the OS? Perhaps the newer is not the better....

I'm using .1022 and its fine. Battery life is great and memory is great. I think I'll just leave .1022 on my 8900 until I retire it in for an iPhone 5 in July lol.

I installed it this morning, all that I can say till now:

Its running really smooth and stabil
(maybe not that fast as .1022), but the camera-quality is sweet.

    The last OS I had was .681 (I downgraded from .1022 ---> .1036 ---> .681).
Batterylife is also better than .681

.1067 seems to be the best 5.0 so far...

Lets see, if it is, what it looks like...
Or if I go back to .681

I just upgraded from .1036 to .1067, having been running .1036 since it was released. I waited a few days as I was worried about the lower platform number but curiosity got the better of me and am glad to say I'm glad I took the plunge. Straight from the off must smoother and faster than .1036, battery life seems improved. Seems a good release.

Did you do a device wipe to remove 1036 first?

Just installed .1067 on a T-Mobile 8900. Had some trouble at first with Desktop Manager then ran through Apploader and was fine. Make sure you guys delete the vendor file. Will post in a few days my experience on this OS.

Can I ask what everyone is getting for their discharge rate? Mine is a little high, could be because the OS hasn't had time to settle.

Even though the platform is lower I couldn't resist and upgraded(downgraded) from.1036. I did wipe my device with JL_Cmdr and ran it through shrink-a-os. I have noticed a bit better battery life. Memory leak is much improved. Overall it feels about the same.

THIS it the type of feedback I was looking for, wipe THEN load to be sure of what is ACTUALLY getting installed on the phone.

Great information, let it roll a few days and post back your findings.

If the results stay positive, I will take the time to wipe and reload mine!

Ok coming from .1022, .1067 is much more stable and responsive. Much better battery life than .1022 and memory is not an issue. I also noticed the browser is a tad more snappier in this version. Pictures on the camera look about the same. Definitely keeping this version.

Been about 4 days since I've had it installed.
