unfortunately i got my incipio silicrylic case before my 8900. *sigh. oh well! just gonna have to wait til tomorrow (crosses fingers). here are some pictures of my magenta colored case. one thing i don't like about it is that the plastic part is kind of slippery but it's comfortable when holding it. it also comes with a screen protector and a cleaning cloth. enjoy...

I just received the Golla Cube, and it barely if at all fits the Storm in it with a OEM silicone case.

Wtf am I going to do, I cannot find a holster for this phone so that I can continue using the OEM silicone case. This is ludicrous.

I found a hard case at Amazon for 6 or 7 bucks that has a rubbery coating. Rubbery probably isn't the right word, it's smooth and almost feels like a velvety surface. It's very nice and not slippery at all. It fits in my TMo leather belt case I had for my 8320. I dropped my 8900 twice since I got it - onto carpet thank God, but I'm not going to take any chances. The manufacturer - or seller, is Bargaincell. I like it, and got some compliments on it's look at the TMo store.

I'm just using my Bold holster even though it's a little loose. Not sure why they couldn't include one with the 8900. That little sleeve thing is worthless. I'm going to go with the black OEM skin and hoping that it will fit in the Bold holster.

That does look nice. I was considering the otterbox if they release one for the 8900, but it is definitely on the side of being too bulky. This case looks like it may be the ticket for my needs. I also work in a restaurant but as a cook, and I deal with the same kind of possible phone hazards as you do. I cracked the screen to my 8120 by pushing on a pizza dough rack with my thigh without realizing it was in my front jeans pocket. Doh!

I like the silicone skins because they don't add much bulk to the berry. If I do use the hard cases I like the rubberized feeling that some of them have. I tend to stay away from hard cases though because it's difficult to find ones that don't have a belt clip attached and I can't stand the belt clip-
