Hello everyone! I'm new here to the Crackberry forums and I have the white BlackBerry Z10.:] So, I wanted to post a thread regarding to BlackBerry World about music and movie download issues that I've experienced so far. I was downloading a couple of songs the other day and for some reason I couldn't play them. This hasn't happened with all of the music that I've downloaded from BlackBerry World luckily. As for movie rentals, I rented "All dogs go to heaven" since I wanted to watch all of the old Disney movies that I grew up with as a child. After completely downloading it, I played the movie and it was playing "All dogs go to heaven 2" instead. So, I'm not entirely sure whose fault that is but I want to place the blame on BlackBerry and the publisher of the movie. As I said before about the music, this issue hasn't occurred with all movies. Just this movie so far. Has anyone else experienced these issues I've described before?
I tried to purchase the application panorama 360(by occipital) through my q10 handset and received error notice after confirming payment. I was asked to try again which alas I did! And I got the same error and did not manage to download the app. Presto! I have been billed twice for a product i did not get.
Anyone in same boat?

BlackBerry devices are known for its business features however, the Z10 has missed the boat on a very important feature. That is the (sound) notification while on a phone call. I've had 4 blackberry phones. Each one of them had sound notification while on a call but not the Z10. Does anyone know of an app that I can buy or download that will allow me to get the notifications? Blackberry need to fix this!!!

Hello

I installed Viber with no success and now it shows nothing but colorful background image.
<a href="http://forums.crackberry.com/attachments/blackberry-world-f299/161891d1368634087-still-remember-uninstalled-app-imageuploadedbytapatalk1368634091.168786.jpg" title="Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1368634091.168786.jpg

Tried to uninstall and delete (different actions) but when I try to install again it is offered to reinstall, not just install from the scratch.

As result, it skips any setup steps and starts from the same colorful background image.

I wonder if it is possible to undelete an application completely to have no option to reinstall (preserving any previous issues) but the option to install (really from the scratch)?

When the user goes back to BlackBerry World, it appears as if the App has never been paid for, and clicking on the $2.99 (the price of the app) it says you have paid for it. However, the download button is nowhere to be seen.
