When I first started using the CB10 app I was only active within several topics I was extremely interested in.

The option "Notify on Participated topics" was working great to me.

Since then I started to contribute on other topics I kinda like. Some larger then others which starting to cause notifications that weren't always that interesting to me.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add "Notify on Subscribed Threads" into Settings. This way I can manage what threads I'd like to be notified on =).

So I've noticed for a bit that the facebook when trying to log into MN account thru app gets distorted. Had to use twitter.

As of recently it keeps telling me that I've blocked MN from accessing my twitter even though I never revoked the token.

Now I have to use Google to sign in. Just a few minor issues. Nothing life consuming or end of the worldish

don't get me wrong... I absolutely love the CB10 app, but is it too good to be true (for long)?

I have been a loyal CB reader ever since it taught me that taping a penny to my Storm's battery would make the 'SurePress' typing so much better (or at least bearable). Throughout the years, even on the PlayBook, I've always read CB through its regular browser site. As most other 'free' sites, the CB site has always displayed conspicuous ads (sometimes more 'conspicuously' than others), which, as I understand (and accept), provides revenue used to host the site and produce editorial content (and support Kevin's habits).

The CB10 app, on the other hand, provides us with access to the same content and through a beautifully fluid interface, without ANY ads! Now, I know you can (sort of) access the CrackBerry Shop, but I doubt that it is as actively accessed (via the CB10 app) as the News and the Forums sections. I also understand that by giving us all an efficient way to participate in the forums, CB essentially gains 1000s of unpaid micro-Bla1zes, micro-Adams, micro-James's, etc. generating content that can be tracked back by external search engine queries submitted by non-CB users, hence driving those valuable page (ad) views. However, I probably only contribute about 1 post for every 500 that I read through CB10, and when I do... it's probably a smart a$$ quip that is of little 'informational' value.

So yeah... I'm sure Kevin and Co have their business model all figured out, but in this age of rampant nickel-and-diming... some days I feel like we're making out like bandits with this awesome ad-free CB10 app!
