Has anyone else's not got it? Just thought I'd like to try it as I do use hearing aids so things like that are usually great for me.
Thank you.

Hi Guys, need your opinion. I've heard BBRY will ignore the legacy phone (OS7-OS7.1) and they will more focus on BB10 devices. I've seen BBRY patterns, means they are put extra effort for their BB10 devices and not OS7 phone especially BB9900. Can you guys give your opinion for this issue. I think, if they put extra effort for BB10 devices and not OS7 devices such as BB9900, user will go for another device, don't you guys think? I'm sorry if what I've heard is wrong. I just want you guys opinion because I love so much my BB9900. It helps me a lot for my work and also personal. Better they put extra effort on both sides either BB10 & OS7-7.1.

Hi,

I have a Blackberry Bold 9900 which was working fine a week ago but after that it started acting up. At first, the lock button started acting funny and did not function as it normally did but it randomly started working after I slapped it a little. After that, the problem started recurring every couple of hours or so and sometimes it fixed itself and sometimes I had to slap it a little to get it to work properly but recently (3, 4 days ago) the trackpad also started acting funny and slapping was the only that fixed these two. Whenever it starts going crazy, the trackpad/sensor works fine on the homescreen but when I go into the messages app or any other app, up and down doesn't work at all while it works fine at the same time on the homescreen and left and right work fine too. I've researched a bit and I think it may have water-damage, but I don't remember spilling and water on it or using it in rain or a shower or something. I also tried reloading the OS using BSAK but that didn't work as well.

Can someone please tell me what this could be? Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Thank you for reading :D

I provide technical support for the organization I work for which includes the Blackberrys used by our field team, but I do not own one myself so please bear with me regarding my general lack of knowledge...

We used to use www.blackberry.com/integrate to reload the Outlook Email setup on a few of our phones when the Outlook passwords required updating since the traditional validation process does not work on a few of the devises. I tried to load this site yesterday and it is coming back as "Moved or unknown". Does anyone know if it has in fact moved and what the new site is?

When I search for similar sites www.blackberr.com/MailIntegration] comes up, and when I go to that site it says something like, 'congradulations, you are one step closer to receiving your email...' and has a link that says 'Launch Email Setup', but when I click it, it tries to load for quite a long time and then comes back with the following message: "A communication failure has occurred. The server may be busy, please try again later." but I have tried a number of times and it always comes back with the same message. Has anyone had any success with this link?

Any assistance anyone is able to provide would be most appreciated.

Hi all.

I've tried several attempts @ installing kik messenger on my Bold 9900 7.1.0 Bundle 1310 and each time I attempt to login in I get the following error message; "Could not connect :(
Please make sure you have a data connection and try again.".
I read that I should disconnect my network and try re-installing with wifi but I did that and still get the same error message. I've tried logging in with network, wifi and both on and no luck.
Anybody had any luck getting it working on their Bold 9900?
Thanks.

So i just killed my bold 97...80? whatever it is, the old one. Been looking at the 9900 because i dont want to spend 200 dollars on a q10. Read all the reviews and it seems to be fairly reliable with the most up to date OS and dont run any social networking sites, which is fine, because i dont.

In the things you should know/problems with the 9900 thread it constantly mentions problems with telus phones. Is this still the case? It makes it sound like telus versions of the phone are made somewhere different then the rest of the blackberrys. I'm in canada so my options are pretty much rogers/telus/bell.

Thoughts? Opinions? Naked pictures of your girlfriend? (but only taken on your BB of course)

aaand post!

I've just got my awesomost BB9900 a few days ago, there is some technical problems i've faced last two days.

When i woke up in the morning, when i tried to read my email, my bb9900 seems like looping following instruction endlessly:

1)Select last row second apps from the left (Coordinate)
2)execute command enter

even if i lock screen and turn on again, it keep on repeating the same sequence,.
I have to repeat the action of lock the screen and turn on the screen until the bb9900 back to normal again.
I was wondering is there anyone facing this problem?
How to i avoid to have this problem?

For some reason my BlackBerry Bold 9900's red phone key (the one that cancels apps and returns to homescreen) has miraculously become touch-sensitive. This is annoying because I keep accidentally cancelling things and I'm CONSTANTLY hanging up on people with my cheek. Also, the 'p' key does the exact same thing - returns to homescreen. As you can imagine, this plays havoc for texting...
