A friend of mine, is running the same thing, same phone, same carrier.

When we try to send pictures back and forth using BBM, it asks us to Recieve it, but it never does. It just sits there and does nothing. :(

When someone with a different BBM sends pictures, or I send them one, there are no problems.

Does anyone know how to fix this?? In the mean time I am just sending the pics MMS..

Thanks for your help!

Ok

1. My wifes Strorm 2 constantly says contact is busy or contact is unavailable but yet if I call her on it it rings and she answers so its not like the phone is off. I checked her settings and it is set to available. Any ideas

2. If she takes a photo with the phone straight up and down while she is holding it and sends it to my phone via messenger and it gets to my phone I have to constantly turn the phone in every direction and it still does not show it correctly. Even if I save it, view it and rotate it to see it correctly it doesnt save it that way. Any ideas

3. the phone keeps prompting us to upgrade to 5.0 BBM I assume everytime we start BBM. I tried 5.0 on our previous curves and took it off because we like the photo transfer with BBM, you can view it then decide to save it, with 5.0 you have to save it first and thats if your lucky enough to get the photo before it times out. Is that still the case with 5.0? I know a lot of people are bitching about it and was wondering if an update has come out yet? Anyway to prebent that update messaging coming up everytime?

Thanks everyone

Anyone else miss BB Maps?
Here is the OTA if you want to try it. Let me know if it works for you and if so I'll put it in the app store as well.
I am on a monthly plan which gives me free minutes, texts and internet. So does this mean I have do add a blackberry plan to use app world (which I think is how I will also be then able to do pin to pin messaging too?)

Talk about super frustrating, can't log in at all. I'm in front of the PC and used the exact same information to log in. Tried it on my BB and now it won't let me log in, just keeps giving that error message.

I don't understand why this is happening. I have the latest version of YM on my BB.

So I checked to see if my question had been asked/posted before, but I did not find it. Maybe I searched the wrong forum/words/phrase because I cant imagine no one has never wondered this.

My question is;

Is there any way to add more than three email addresses to a contact in the native address book? Seems silly that a contact is limited to just three, am I just missing something really obvious?

Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone.

I have a friend who owns an 8330. I’m trying to set up his email signature so that it includes his contact information and website for his store. The only problem is I can’t login to his BIS (he doesn’t know his username or password).

When I go to his carrier’s (Rogers) BIS login page and click on “Forgot Password”, I entered his PIN number and clicked on Request Password. He got a message sent to his BB saying “username and password do not exist.”

He did not set up his phone and there is a possibility that he is on a BES. How can I find out what his user/password is, whether he’s on a BIS or BES, and how would I go about changing his email signature if he is on a BES??

Thanks.

Is this normal? Does it just take a long time for them to sync up? I've got it setup to delete on mailbox & handheld.

Thanks in advance! I did search but nothing came up in the first couple of pages of results.
