The other day, even though the it had been plugged in all night, I woke up to a dead phone. After taking the battery out, waiting a moment, and rebooting, while the phone was plugged in, it started to charge. It took a while, but it did eventually charge completely. The next day, the same thing happened, but it would not charge completely. This morning, it was nearly dead, and although it is plugged in, and the battery icon, with the lightning bolt is shown, it wont charge. Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone know whats wrong or how to fix it?

I just bought a new 9630 and I have a problems that I just cant solve:

I can't watch any videos on the web (I can easily watch videos that were downloaded to my device but not to stream videos on-line). I always get an error the second the player starts.
