Reason for sale: No longer needed, as iPhone used instead (originally gifted to niece for birthday, but she also received an iPhone--couldn't return as it was laser engraved on back. See image).

Condition: 9.5/10 --the ONLY reason I'll say 9.5 is because iPod was custom laser engraved by Apple as it was originally a gift and is easily covered by any case. Otherwise, screen is 100% and no cosmetic flaws and has been babied/always in a case and does not leave the house (I have been using it just to iMessage iPhone friends at home until sold).

Original cost was $399 + 15% tax (=$460).

Reason for selling: Just sitting in drawer since I had upgraded to Torch (also for sale) and now Z10.

May have a few nicks on metal frame (don't remember--has skin now, see pics) - still has Zagg custom skin (in case new user wants it) and Zagg InvisiShield screen protector (both can be removed without residue). InvisiShield screen protectors have a lifetime warranty, so you could probably ask for a replacement if you wanted (requires payment of shipping and handling).

Screen works 100%, cosmetically, phone is 7-8/10 (it may have a few nicks on the frame, so I may be undervaluing it, but cannot be sure without removing the skin).
Phone will be wiped and latest OS installed before shipping.
