I received a text, heard the ring, and then blam white screen. I have done battery flip, I have tried to reinstall the software via PC, doesn't recognize my phone (keeps telling me to update the software, done 5x). All I get is bright white screen and I can still hear calls and texts come in but I cannot access as I cannot view screen.
