Connery first, current second. Moore and Brosnan were not believable as killers. Too cute and not enough athleticism! No menace in them. Soft! No menace lurking beneath the tailored veneer. The current Bond and Connery have a credible ruthlessness which is of course very necessary in their line of work.

Long time JB fan since I saw Gold finger when I was a child.

Love Connery JB and his movies were the best.

Pierce Brosnan was a great bond, but I only liked Goldeneye.

Sir Roger Moore was a ladies man, and I liked The Spy Who Loved Me, For Your Eyes Only and Octopussy.

Daniel Craig goes back to the tough Connery Bond, but I was disappointed with his movies. Hopefully Specter will be a good one.

I also find that Bond movies are as only good as the villian.

My favorite bad guys are

Auric Goldfinger
Dr Julian No
Elliott Carver
Kamel Kahn
Red Grant
Emilio Largo

I found the worse Bond movies were

Moonraker
The Man With The Golden Gun
Die Another Day
The World Is Not Enough
A View To A Kill
Love And Let Die
Casino Royale

So I'm really hoping Specter will deliver.

Rosa Kleeb was an excellent villain as well. Those shoes with the poison tip are total classics.

I am going to check out the new one. For me Connery is the best... Then Craig, Moore and Brosnan. I think the latter would have surpassed Moore if he did more movies... Just my thought... Add me 592015A8

Just watched Casino Royale, yet again. So much to this film. At first I didn't like it as much as I do now!

My favorite is Goldfinger.

Liked Daniel Craig as Bond, but not the movies.

Did NOT like Lazenby or Dalton as Bond.

The films need to go back to what made them :
great villans, cool cars, gadgets, sexy women and SPECTRE.
