TBH it's one of the reasons I rarely share my PIN with strangers, it's difficult to actually strike up a decent platonic conversation with anybody as everyones always on edge expecting me to follow it up with a random picture of my knob or something, I'm in a happy long term relationship so not really interested in flirting and giving/receiving nude photos on my phone, it's a shame as there are no doubt some cool people on BBM.

It's a bit disturbing how many messed up people seem to be out there.

It does make it weird. I don't know why a guy can't just have a regular convo with a female. I love just talking to people, usually prefer girls but that's cause I talk to guys all day at work. I enjoy differing views on matters that you usually only get from the opposite sex.

Omgomgomg...I cannot tell u how many times this has happened to me in a month's time of having my BB. I mean, it's not like I give off a sex vibe that just says HEY SEND ME PICS OF YOUR *****!! I mean come on!!! And the worst part is that most of the weirdos I encounter are married and while wifey is cooking his dinner, he's sending snapshots of a very average *****. This is why my bf doesn't want me having male friends. As much as I try to prove him wrong, these creeps keep making him right.and yes it's the internet, but u have to wonder...if I make a post saying NO PERVZ and they still send me lude pics & msgs...it kinda seems like someone doesn't understand NO MEANS NO... *coughs* BB RAPISTS *coughs*

It's just a by product of the internet/anonymity. When you don't have to be responsible for what you say/do/send pictures of, it's easy to do whatever you want.

You have the creeps PIN number, your Law Enforsement Agency can, and will, link the PIN to the perp and the rest is history.

That really only applies when you've got someone making direct threats or some other sort of illegal activity.

When you've just got someone asking for nude pictures or other "odd" things is where the anonymity comes into play.

I have yet to have this problem with girls. My problem is people don't say hi when they add me. If you add me say hi and strike up a convo or else you will be deleted.
