    Why don't you go into bbm,options and restore them. It is based off your bbid.
    Just a trucker delivering the goods in which sometimes they are cell phones.

    Do you have a locally created backup prior to this? Then use the BlackBerry Backup Extractor and you should easily get your data back. Cheers!
