This may be a long shot but, I was curious to know if there were any other Buddhists here, at Crackberry[.com]

I am a practicing Buddhist in Southern California. My beliefs mostly correspond with Mahayana and Zen traditions. I'll be entering into an internship at San Francisco Zen Monastery in Oct of this year. Right now I study and meditate daily on my own.

I'm currently taking a course through Insight Meditation Center on meditation and it is wonderful.

I have many materials and great websites with lots of information if anyone would like some.

That's awesome! i want to do that "someday." i think living a devoted life in an ashram or (quiet) community of seekers would be good.

I don't believe a blackberry "addiction" is considered okay in the Buddhist eye. I am a fan of the Buddhist philosophy though.

You're referring to monks, particularly Theravada.
