BB Messenger Rejection!!

Just sent out a request to a contact that I thought I was ok with (not tons of convo) and got rejected.

Do the majority here BBM with same gender or opposite gender?

Personally I will BBM with anyone at any time. I feel awkward trying start a convo...just because I don't know if they are busy or don't want to be bothered.

That I understand, I have some request sitting in pending status. I already had the contact on my other phone, but I switched phones and my BBM list did not transfer over so I need to send out new request.

Always best to create a backup, and do a restore on the new device - that way, ALL BPM users get/see the new pin number...

Ps: I chat with anyone. But, being a MOD, I don't share my pin just willy nillie...

I did use back-up data but that was after I meesd up my contact list on my first attempt. (long story) I will have to remember that or figure out how to do that.

I believe what navi williams is talking about is not showing it next to your user name above. You are also able to block pin messages from the firewall setting under options.

I feel the same way. I love to chat with anyone, provided that the guys are not horn dawgs & try the typical male chat bull****. But like you I don't wanna bother anyone so I don't typically start convos. Guys or gals welcome as long as they behave themselves.

I prefer same gender but have about 2 guys on bbm. After the constant "let's trade pix, nothing nasty I promise" I just reject anyone that may sound like a guy to avoid the nonsense lol

I don't get somethings also, people say pin me anytime then don't respond, or reject your request. Just say don't bother me unless I start the convo... That's what there profile should say

I chat with whoever on BBM, men or women. I give out my PIN when someone wants to talk and if they end up just being straight out creepy or rude, I just delete them and don't think twice about it. Aside from that, I'm very polite with people and don't just reject people for the **** of it.

Yeah, I'm about the same... Just looking to chat, nothing more. If you can chat, then we are cool... If you like to just sit around and not talk, then you can do that without being in my messenger list.

I feel bad cuz I am waiting for my trackball.. blah blah blah.. i can get on my messenger.. but i have to copy the PIN and re-add them so I can't scroll down I feel bad if they think I won't chat.. I try

even when I have my "unavailable" they still ignore and get mad when I don't reply

just delete them. if they try to add you again, deny the request... they'll be blocked i think.

Yup me too.. and most of the time.. i can chat when im at work but sometimes im busy and if the guy starts to annoy me.. i just delete him.. no time for bu11shters!
