I've changed my front picture channel and I had to put again a category.
After that I can't find it by search tool in BBM Channel.
I don't understand the reason. Do you know why?
Could explain me this behaviour?

Just did and your channel didn't come up.
I even used your channel's full name and nothing still. You might have to change back the category or get in touch with bbm channels admin

I mean, if I choose a type of category, you won't see my channel in search tool...

I'm not sure. It might be that the category you selected for your channel don't allow it or you need to toggle on something to make your channel discoverable when searched.
