Default Where to see the revenue of app

    Hi all,
I'm an Android Developer and I'm accustomed to use to manage my app the Android Console and to see the revenue day after day I use Google Checkout to see not only the revenue, but % of taxes of each order as well.
But with AppWorld I've got some difficulty: where can I see day per day when someone buy my app, what are my revenue after taxes (according to what I read are 20% taxes VAT and 30% AppWorld?)
So, if I sell an app to 4.99$:
    4.99$ - 20% VAT= 3.99$ - 30% AppWorld = 2.80$ ?

I've to do this operation for each app purchased or the operation change with the country?

PS: even if offtopic, someone can tell me what is the difference between tier003 and tier RIM, each two with 4.99$ ?

Thank you, and I'm sorry for my bad english and lot of questions...but I'm still at the beginning

    From the ISV Portal:

    1) Click Download Reports
    2) Click Schedule Report
    3) Select "Purchase" from Reporting Data Type
    4) Select product, set the date range, Schedule Report

Wait a few seconds (They'll send an email, but it takes almost no time to generate the report)

    5) Click Download Reports
    6) Select your report from the list

Yeah, they could improve that a bit. I still never know when payments are coming and it's just about impossible to match purchases to payments.
