I've recently downloaded two more shopping list apps (at least one was vouchered and so free) and again they are clumsy to use. Can a developer please consider cloning (exactly please) the shopshop ios app - the dev won't port it to android or BlackBerry or wp. For a seasoned coder this will be a breeze. It will take me weeks and I'm sure you'll sell loads.

    Thanks
    Brian

This is of course subjective and my personal opinion / requirement:

    I have tried:
    list them all (latest)
    reshop
    fluxbuy
    lazy lists
    speedy checklist
a few more that I hard deleted so I can't see what they were - about 6

If you know how ShopShop works, you'll see how they all fail in a comparison. Some do more but some do less and take more steps to do the same.

With ShopShop, you run the app and you are presented with your list - you don't have to select the list from a list. Tapping items on the list scores them out and moves them to the bottom. Pressing a clear button removes the scored items form the list. Pressing an add button brings up a list of all items you have purchased before. When you select one, it moves to your list and is shown when you return. That's it. No stores to maintain. No categories to maintain. No isles to maintain. No complex clear down process. Just a list with a master list behind it. Simples.

That's too bad. Hopefully someone will find a suitable replacement for you. Was worth a try though.

    Hello Brian,

Have you tried IOS one of the most interesting app gameit: Win prizes through quizzes, games and competitive trivia contests for deals & discounts | Apps | 148Apps that combines the feature of shopping and trivia gaming together? My friend tried this app last night, it works amazingly!!!! Will we get such app on blackberry too?
Shopshop is a good IOS app, designed for a person who have never been to a grocery store or never cooked.

Are you looking for free or paid? Some developer (myself included) might be willing to take this on if it could be marketed for $0.99 or even $1.99.
