I'm planning to set up a Twilio account to communicate in the cloud using my Q10 (BBOS 10.2), but as they say, Twilio is not a standalone product. I need an API that sends HTTP POST requests to the website to start calling and texting.

There are some programmers who have worked at this, but before asking them, do you know if BlackBerry OS 10 supports Twilio natively, or if there's an app which can do the job?

You're not really looking for a BlackBerry API. You're looking for a Twilio API first.. you would need to have that as a base to interact with your device. - https://www.twilio.com/docs/api Also, moving this to the dev forums. It's best suited for there not in the OS section.
